i'm like absent from school today.... the right knee is so numb from yesterday's fall.. damn painful to walk...

yesterday was sooo unlucky for me. and diyana... in the morning when the time everyone assembles at the courtyard, aka assembly time, me and diyana were walking and strolling and talking (the music was still being played) to the courtyard and then suddenly the music stopped (indicating that we are late !) and everyone started running to get to out class rows.. including me and diyana la.. but then ah, suddenly, SUDDENLY, i felt i was falling towards the ground. i tripped! i had nooo idea how that happened, but it did. then when i lokked up, some of the ppl stopped running to help/look at me (tt time i din know diy oso fell).. this sec2 prefect helped me up and i was asking her "What happened? what happened??" then i saw diyana on the ground behind me.. so weird right? we both fell together.. i think someone tripped me as i could feel the foot tangled with mine.. but dunno whose la...

yep.... i bruised both knees, my left elbow, and two fingers of my right hand.. bad right.. diyana oso... =(((

cikgu zain (my hml teacher) made up this thing. HE (only he) claims that 'ghoti' is pronounced as 'fish'. reason? ok, in rough, the gh is pronounced as 'ff' right, so he pronounce the 'gh' in ghoti that way oso. then in women, the 'o' pronounced as 'ee' right, so same to in ghoti. then, in 'nation', the ti is like 'shh' right, so it's the sami as in ghoti.. so ghoti is pronouced as fish TO mr zain. lol

i'm so hungry. i think..

P/S: Geog and chem lessons were fun! =D

To R.I. Shame, shame.....

i mean, you LOST over LOYANG SEC for god's sake!

the first speaker for RI wasn't good... he didn't even rebutt the loyang girl... oh speaking of that shanaz girl, wow i'm SO impressed by her, man...! she speak sooo damn well, i LOVE her accent and voice.. it's so sweet... and she was a damn good speaker for the loyang team..

but ah, i dun understand why the last speaker for loyang had way more points than RI's speaker.. if you were listening closely, she was half talking gibberish! she went out of point many times. on the other hand i love the facts that RI had presented. at least they live up to what they're called.. FACTS. the loyang girls even had some of the soccer facts wrong.. -.-'

but, shame, shame, RI.....

i was reading all my old posts, and i came across one which is my answer to a qn asked thru my qn box. i think i want to repost it again as i think it'll be useful to those who have not read it b4, but has the same problem:

Q: What do you do when this person betrays you, and that because you're so forgiving and that you love the person as a friend, you always try to be friends with the person again? Yet scared cos the person might betray you again?

A: I would stop and think, is this person i call my friend really my friend? What IS friend? A friend does not betray you. But sometimes, when you quarrel or giving silent treatments to your friend, it's only because of a misunderstanding. A misunderstanding which you both are sometimes too embarrassed to confront each other about. The tension during a quarrel usually worsens. So we do need to confront your peers, talk things out, and get the facts straight-so you can remain friends and have a stronger trust in each other.

Don't try too hard to get her back. It can sometimes be annoying and alas, you feel more hurt. Instead, try to mix with other friends (make new friends or join a clique, that is) act as if nothing happened between you and your friend. Even though you know there's tension between you and your friend, just say hi or at least smile to her whenever you see her around (in the corridors or something), but try not to do that in the classroom. Do not bother if she returns you a glare or an eye-rolling. Just keep being friendly to her. (But pls, don't act desperate. You are being friendly to her cuz you are treating her like a classmate.) Then, soon, that friend of yours will ask herself, why the heck did i start quarrelling with you? And since it seemed that the quarrel did not have any effect on you, that friend of yours will realise that the quarrel is such a waste of time, and she'll start talking to you again.

But don't just jump into being her best friend again. Take things slow. :)

cry. i'm having a fever... maybe i was soo depressed that i fell sick.

i'm having a headache.

just came back from singapore discovery centre... with my new class... gosh... i have never not looked forward to a class outing before sey.... yesterday night i was so dreading for that trip.. sigh..

on the bus, i sat alone... =( being in this class, i can't be myself.. the real me is one who loves to joke around with friends and smile everytime i'm around them.. but, because this class has their own cliques, it's hard to make friends and be easy around them. i miss 2/6 people so much!!!! i loved all the people in that class... felt like family..... ="(((

then, when we were there, whenever i see my friends, i would go hang with them, and realise how much i treasure and love all my friends....

if not with my friends, i would walk alone while looking at the exhibits... so actually i paid attention to everything there was to be learnt... so it was very interesting... we watched Wired to Win in the iWerks theatre.. that documentary is sooooooooo nice.. it's such a great motivational documentary... i nearly cried, as it made me think about life and the future.. :) i'm a sensitive person. that's all...

anw, alia was in no better position than me... like me, she's miserable in her class, she has no one to talk to, and she misses me. hahah! =D

anw, alia gave me this keychain she bought from LA... it's so nice! i shall treasure it. =)

oh my god, i bet yesterday was the worst day of my life! as now i'm sec3, we're all mixed up in different classes.. in my class, there's only me and denise who were from 2/6.. so i practically do not know the rest, or i hardly ever speak to them for the last two years.... denise's has her dance friends, the rest has their own cliques, like so many cliques ah! and because of this, i dun think it bothers them if they dun make new friends.. so i'm like loner ah..!

i was sooo miserable.. during assembly and flag raising and all (which was held in the hall), i went to 3/3 row la, but since i dunno anyone i wen riiight to the back (in my school, the rows are horizontal, not vertical) and was quite squashed and i felt like the odd one... i kept thinking and worrying about it, i had a headache... and we went to the hall a coupla times, so i went to sit with alia at her 3/8 class row (she, too felt so out from her class)... but then, during the last period, when we went to the hall again, i had to sit in my own row, so i'm like, sitting alone and i felt lke as if there're too many ppl around me making me feel uneasy... then mdm lenny was talking abt school rules and all (she was reminding us of them '-.-), then she suddenly told us to 'turn to your partner' and 'check if she broke any rules'! i mean, i'm alone! in my heart i was like swearing and going 'this woman is making my life miserable'.

sigh... i dunno why this is happening. it's worst than when you're in sec1... no cliques have been formed yet in sec1.............. sigh....

my parents went to batam with a friend and his wife yesterday, so my siblings and i are left alone at home. =D so we decided to go out and watch a movie with two of our cousins yesterday. but sadly, my eldest sis couldn't come with us as she had to go to school..

so btw, it was just me, kak nana, lin, humairah and her sis kauthar. humairah got a free GV movie ticket, which is why we decided to catch a movie at tampines mall... we watched Deja Vu, which is sooo bloody nice. it's that type of complicating movies, which i like, like The Lakehouse..

so yea.. after that, we went to century square to eat at Food Culture, which i din know exists... that's when it started to rain sooo heavily...

after that, we decided to go library.. as it was raining, we had to run in the rain whenever there isn't a shelter over our heads, and duh, we were drenched.. haha here's almost all the pics we took.

:DDDDDDDDDDD

yesterday, i went to the airport to see my friends off to japan, which is for something like an educational thing for band (my cca). then after talking talking, taking pictures, and seeing them check in the luggage, i sunddenly felt this pang in my chest. i think it was jealousy and regret. i could have gone too, if it wasn't for the food problem. i mean, it's SOOO hard to find halal food in japan! what's more, in the program catalogue, it's written that the places where they're gonna eat include the hotel and a chinese restaurant..! like, isn't that obvious it's not gonna be halal?? wat? starve for 7 days, or eat instant stuff brought from singapore for the whole trip??

but anw, back to the feelings of jealousy and regret. as i watched them all gathered at the airport pulling along their luggages, chatting atimatedly with friends, while wearing the windbreaker specially made for that japan tour (which sadly, i dun get), i imagined them having fun in japan. i mean they're oso going to tokyo disneyland and disneysea, and also taking a bullet train for the experience! seriously, if they had assured me that there will be halal food, i would definitely go. right now, i'm just constantly looking at the clock and asking myself, "i wonder what they're doing now". i miss them! mostly, i miss azura! i won't get to text message her for 7 days!! we were planning on going escape theme park together... boo hoo.. and i miss alia too! she's away in los angelas and and i can't text msg her too!

cry.
