i went kl from wed to saturday. genting on friday.

i'm bored... i'm just looking through the visitsingapore site to find interesting places to go.. the nature trails sounds fun.. or ice-skating at kallang. maybe one day...

but now i'm just bored.

OMG my muscles are cramped all over. my tighs, arms and BUTT. i never thought of warming up before rock-climbing... now i have to move slowly.

so, i went rock-climbing after all. initially i decided not to coz i was afraid i couldn't make it to lin's concert in time, but then, i've always wanted to rock-climb.

went with hannah who brought two of her sisters along. the 15-year-old looks soo much like nadzirah.. so anyway, before we headed to safra yishun we had ice-breaker games at masjid. sorta to get to know one another first..

i know that safra yishun has the biggest rock wall in singapore and when i laid my eyes on it, it took my breathe away (cheyy..) and hannah couldn't stop smiling. hahah. at first we thought we were gonna climb that 25m wall, but nooooo. we entered that rock wall and there was this 'indoor' rock wall which was so colourful and had cushioned floors. we went in and both ustazahs were like, dah, climb ah. me and hannah looked at each other puzzled. where are the harnesses and helmets and instructors?? we didn't have any of those. we just climbed. it was only like 2 and half times higher than me. at first me and hannah were like that's it? soo easy laaa... haha. but actually it was quite tough. had to plan our way up and it was my first time climbing a slanted wall. but maybe it was difficult coz we had no harness. i didn't feel secured. lols.

and then there was this malay guy there too. i think he's some kind of pro or is in a rock-climbing cca.. he was training there i think. he had BULGING muscles and looked like a cicak coz he was practically all of the walls!

it was damn tiring la k, after one hour everyone just sat on the floor looking at others stuck on the walls. but hannah's sis was damn good at rock-climbing. hmph so jealous.

guess what? i'm watching the 2nd telecast of the suzuki cup match on tv! haha nice feeling to know that i was there somewhere!

i went to watch the suzuki cup at national stadium yesterday!! i went with my dad and cik raihan and zahirah and zharif. singapore vs vietnam. it was my first time sey.. at first i felt out of place coz soccer's a guy thing and most of them were guys. ok i just realised maybe coz i'm not used to having so many of them species around me. hurhur. but anw, i kinda enjoyed it. i could feel the excitement and spirit. but why did singapore lose on my first live match??? i rmb feeling so shocked when vietnam score RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY EYES. couldn't believe it. i think agu run so SLOW!!! he was no help in the match ah! and how come baihakki didn't work his magic like last time?? ughhhh.

vietnam side.

went to forum perdana ehwal islam thing at expo yesterday with cik raihan and family. it's actually syarahan and a show on rtm1. they were actually broadcasting the event live.. for the first half we sat at the back which was a BAD idea coz the sound was horrible. there was echoing everywhere and i couldn't make out A SINGLE THING. it actually sounded like a whole different languange altogether. so naturally, we were bored and HINGRY. kak nana went out to bk and i asked her to buy large fries. when she came back we immediately munched away. then there was a break and quite a number of ppl left or just went out to grab a bite to eat. we quickly moved to the front half and filled empty seats where we could hear much better even though it was still quite soft. oh and i saw hannah too!

it ended at around 11.30pm. after that we went to eat at simpang bedok and i had my fave roti bomb with cheese!! yumyum!

farewell was fun. well, actually i enjoyed the bbq part more than the games part.. the games theme was like amazing race. (what else is new?) but it was a good effort. they even made up poems for the clues. first station was blowing flour away to get to the bottom of the plate for the next clue. i did not do it... xP left the others in my team to do the dirty work, of course.. haha

next stn was at foyer where i had to write reasons why i love band in 100 words.

next was at fitness corner where diy burst 3 balloons and had to write her name using her butt.

next, canteen. we drank a juice mixture of celery, tomato and carrot. GROSS. i drank the most ok... disgusting stuff. it was my first and last time.

we also had to dance to Now Or Never with a basketball. it was very embarrassing.

then at students' activity corner, the juniors played and sang 'If We Hold On Togther' as is tradition...
