national day celebrations this year was jointly commemerated with carnival day and racial harmony day in my school. yep, we had alot going on at once. this year, sec1s had to set up game booths, sec2s held a parties for kindergarten children from Tung Ling Kindergarten, sec3s sold traditional food and sec4s hosted senior citizens.

today, i was most of the time in the canteen (where the sec3 booths were) ONLY. very tiring. it's not as much fun as when i was sec1 and 2. tanding to a stall is so stressful, and persuading people to buy from us -UGH!- tough job, man. but at last, me class made about $200+.. i think..

haha at the end of the day, we still had another bottle of syrup not opened coz not many people bought out syrup and bandung drinks.

had band today.... atifa, azura and i planned a birthday celebration for asyiqin just now (with diyana, laura, tiffany and livia chipping in), since there wasn't time yesterday...

so since band ended a bit earlier than usual, at 3.30pm. we have no band on week 7 and 8, so have to bring home instruments (excluding the big instruments lah), so azura, diyana, livia and tiff too taxi to tampines mall. we treated syiq to pizza at pizza hut.

atifa and i took bus with syiq to buy time so that by the time we reach pizza hut, the food will be ready and syiq would be totally surprised..

laura was there aredi.. they went to order and waited for the food while atifa, syiq and i went to century sq to 'jalan-jalan'. then once azura msged me that the food's ready, we went to tm...

i was like, soo excited.. then, once we got off on the second floor, i immediately grabbed syiq's arm and drag her right into pizza hut. i did not look back to see her expression, but i bet she was rily shocked. =D

then at the table, we sang her the birthday song, the TKGian style... =DD everyone was looking at us.. some were smiling. =D

i went to hougang mall with lin to go see what i can buy for asyiqin's birthday present... saw this polar fruit cake which i considered. then at minitoons, i thought of buying her this huge looney tunes character soft toy... of course, sharing with my friends la... but at last, i din have enough money... maybe i'll buy tmr, then celebrate her birthday on saturday....

asyiqin's birthday is tmr btw. =D

had lit project presentation. it went quite ok... we weren't that prepared, but worked hard. i'm so proud of my lit team members. =)

HAWHAW... they're damn hilarious la. they were talking like in a quite serious tone... hurhur.. so selamberr..

i shall, after sooo many weeks, blog about my school holiday at malaysia.. my family minus my eldest sis, with cik raihan's family went to malacca then KL then penang then KL back. =D

so the reason we were at malacca is to visit cik raihan's family there.... his siblings were there too... there nice people... very chatty, like cik raihan. =D then before we went on our way to KL, we sort of ate dinner together, but sat at different tables. =))

then at KL, we stayed at cik raihan's condo.... a usual... i tell you we did soo much shopping.... then at KLCC kak nana bought her 4-inch heeled shoes from Vincci... oh ya, and bought Dhoom 2 from a shop near Masjid India ... heheh hrithik roshan is love...

you know what? i obviously can't remember so much about what we did.. so these are just highlights...

so then after KL was penang... the last time we went ther was like 10 years ago la.. ya.. when we were little tykes.. there we stayed at a condo owned by the singapore police whatever.. (SAF?) for the use of singapore policemen when they're overseas or something.. cik raihan's a police officer you see?

so anw, the condo was real nice... very cleannn... it has 3 rooms- 2 had airconditioning but the other one had a ceiling fan... the plan was that my parents use one of the airconditioned rooms and cik raihan and wife use the other while my sisters and i and zahirah use the 3rd rm.... so leaves the two guys forced to sleep in the living rm.. hurhur... but duh obviously they din want to... i heard they were scared. hurhur! lol laa....

so anw, one night we went out to a pasar malam... looked at the stuffs there and bought some souvenirs... cik zalina (cik raihan's wife) bought soooooooo many pirated CDs like shrek3, POTC... and MANY more... my family (or rather just us sisters) don't like buting pirated CDs. no class. hurhur. prefer to wait for the original to come out.... i think it's just nice to collect them. sometimes the casing of original CDs are pretty and different. =D

in the condo, we played many games especially checkers and chess... so fun la... zhafir is such a chatterbox... then we watched dhoom 2 (they brought their CD player)... guess at what time? we started at abt 12 am and watched till 3am... hurhur. can you believe it? so weird staying up until soo late.. yup.. mom also sometimes comes out from her room to watch with us.. sigh... hrithik-so hot, aishwarya- damn hot and gorgeous. she so skinny and LONG.

oh ya.. once we went to this "spice garden" which is suppose to be sort of a museum. GOSH IT WAS THE MOST BORING MUSEUM I HAVE EVER WENT TO! was soooo boring! i DID NOT see much spice on plants.. didn learn anything ah.. what, for fun ah? exercise? hmph.

then we went to a very pretty mosque on stilts... sort of floating on water. quite cool.

then we took this sort of tram up a highland... it was soooo boring (in the tram)... the tram was going so slowly and meanwhile there wasn't much to see out the window. just forest, forest snd forest. ugh. the up there, not much oso... just more shops. ugh. boring right? this holiday was all about shop, eat, shop, sleep.

then on the way back to KL, we went to the water theme park... dunno for what la. at last we din go in coz the admission fee was sooooo ex.. just went around the souvenir shop like dumb ppl..

then went we went back to KL, we did quite a major shopping.... i bought new shoes! =DDD

after band, went to parkway with atifa and diy to buy ms sia's present from body shop.. i saw this particular one, but we were four dollars short, so we bought the other one... ugh but the bag is so obit...

wheeee i chatted with nadiah for 30 min... or was it one hour? so fun. nad is giler..... i can like, talk ANYTHING to nad... harhar. gossip gossip. eh no no, according to nad, we were discussing issues. =DDDD thx for that conversation! had fun =D

today was quite fun and ok... amaths was like as usual... didn't know half of what mrs loy was saying.... then it was PE.... we ran around the school three times, and i felt exhausted on the third... i stopped quite a few times, but syafiqah, whom i ran alongside with, didn't even stop once... and she didn't even pant! i did ah... was trying not to pant too much, coz it's just embarrassing that i'm that unfit....

then during social studies, mdm azizan showed us her holiday pictures in Norway... they were all pretty! =D and then her nephew appeared on a video.. haha he's quite hot... =D

during legacy, shu yin was being extra spastic... she was so blurrr and it was funny ah... mrs loy even was laughing so hard.... go, shu yin!

oh ya anw we elected the new class com.. sharifah is the chairman. afifah's treasurer and ashikin's vice sports capt. haha you got what you wanted shikin! =DDD

oh yeah, i had my o level malay oral just now.... the topic was about school holiday... the topic's easy, but i was already feeling nervous and that affected my concentration....

had geog for 1st period, felt damnnnnnn tired... i didn't rily listen to what mrs khoo was saying. she tell us to write something i write..... then i became tooo tired to write.. i dunno why la...

then, during amaths and bio, my cramps got soooo bad... i was trying so hard not to scream la..

did colouring of bio project with syafiqah during recess then took aleve pill for my cramps. i love that pill coz it riiily works. =D


then after recess was eng..which was quite fun. =D lit was boring..... then chem was quite fun. i love mole concept now... =DDDDD

then, morning assembly was in the hall. i tell you it was damn freaking hot.. i mean, the whole school's squeezed into the small, unair-conditioned hall.. my primary school's hall is like twice and a half bigger lahhhh...

i'm gonna ddraw on my hands toooo..

today my family and i (minus kak isyah) took off to malaysia for holiday. we went out in the morning, dropped kak isyah off at her sch first...

we always go on holiday with my dad's friend's (cik Raihan) family whom i sort of known since i was born.

the plan for the holiday is to go KL for two days first then drive to Penang and stay in KL again on mon to wed and go back wed afternoon..

today we stopped by at malacca to visit cik raihan's relatives... quite awkward since we didn't know them well.

so anyway, i noticed a lot more singapore cars on the malaysian highway than ever before.........

i had project meeting for csp today... it was at hiranya's place. today wasn't one of my days at all.

first, after i stepped out of my house, i was walking towards the bus stop. it had rained earlier, so the floor was still a bit slippery. i suddenly slipped and fell in front of a shop. the nyonya there actually laughed!! seh was like "licin (slippery) ah". like duh, i can see that!

then at the bus stop i took out my book to read, then suddenly bus 112 came and at the last minute i stood up and flagged for it. the uncle stopped, but then when i came up he started scolding me and i felt humiliated in front of everyone there. boo hoo.

i had forgotten to bring stuff i had wanted to bring like my memory card adapter and my specs. then, at my friend's house i had a headache.


there's somemore, but they're too embarrasing. xP

my head terribly hurts now. usually this is because i have not yet eaten... but i ate already! so why the headache? hmm, i think it's coz of too much maths. i was doing emaths hw just now... hurhur.

watched incredible tales just now. it was SOOO not scary. banana tree spirit. hahas.
i love watching ghost stories. love to scare myself. hurhur.

my family and i went out for dinner yesterday.. then we went to vivo city for shopping=DDD

i saw this BEEEEAUUTIFUUUL Guess bag which cost almost forty bucks. and my sis saw a different Guess bag, and she asked my mom to buy it for her, for hari raya. lols.

yep, then i saw shah iskandar from anugerah skrin. yep, he's hot.




ugh. i want that bag.

yesterday was one of the most interesting and tiring days. my whole family woke up at about 9.30am and went out at about 11 to go sultan mosque for a ceramah at the auditorium. the ceramah was about haji.

then we went to eat at a eating place just opposite. while eating we saw this ang moh guy holding his plate of food and drink walking around looking for a seat. he looked almost pitiful. i think almost everyone was staring at him. maklumlah, macam tak pernah nampak matsalleh.

then we went on our way to go johor to watch a movie together. watching spiderman3. i watched spiderman3 before already, so i wanted to watch POTC, but no, my sisters insisted on spiderman.

the cinema is inside a shopping mall and we bought our tickets at 5pm and the movie was at 8pm. so we had a long time before the movie started. we went from shop to shop looking at shoes and bags and whatever's cute. hurhur. story of a typical girl's life. but put four teenage girls with a sporting mom whom some mistake her as our sister rather than mother, shopping becomes SO fun. haha.

so anyway, malaysia's cinema's different fro singapore's IT'S COLDER. seriously. in the theatre, all of us were FREEZING. my teeth was beginning to chatter. if you even consider wearing tanktop and shorts to go watch a movie in a malaysia cinema, you're crazy.

so anw, the movie ended at 10.30pm. we went to an eating place somewhere (out of the shopping mall) and so it was like around 11.30-12pm by the time we're done eating. then we're on the way home, but my dad saw that the traffic was REALLY slow going towards the 1st Link, so we decided to go home by the 2nd Link.

my dad took the highway route to 2nd Link, and i dunno what happened. i think we passed the exit to go to singapore and had to travel more distance. it felt like we're on the way on holiday.

so we ended up reaching home at 1.30 in the morning. exhausted, but rewarding, as we got to spend the day together. =D
